- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- - Toned Milk
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the green chilies and bell pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes break down and the mixture turns into a thick masala.
- 5. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer with the masala.
- 6. Pour in the milk to keep the paneer soft and moist. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the dish. Stir gently and cook for 1 more minute.
- 8. Turn off the heat and serve hot with parathas, rotis, or toasted bread.
