  • - Toned Milk
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the green chilies and bell pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes break down and the mixture turns into a thick masala.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and add the crumbled paneer to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer with the masala.
  6. 6. Pour in the milk to keep the paneer soft and moist. Mix thoroughly and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the dish. Stir gently and cook for 1 more minute.
  8. 8. Turn off the heat and serve hot with parathas, rotis, or toasted bread.
