- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- - Fresh Cream
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the cumin seeds, letting them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil separates, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Toss in the diced green and red bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well coated with the spice mixture. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- 6. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, mixing well to create a creamy consistency. Adjust salt to taste.
- 7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot directly from the skillet.
