  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Fresh Cream
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the roti dough by mixing the whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water until it forms a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute, then stir in tomato puree, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the oil separates.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken turns white and is partially cooked.
  5. 5. Lower the heat and add yogurt and fresh cream, stirring well to combine. Sprinkle garam masala and salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
  6. 6. Divide the roti dough into small balls, roll them out into thin circles, and cook on a hot tawa with a light brushing of ghee until golden and cooked through.
  7. 7. Place a portion of the creamy chicken filling in the center of each roti, fold and roll tightly into wraps.
  8. 8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves or a side of yogurt for added freshness.
