- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 g Dahi
- - Fresh Cream
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the roti dough by mixing the whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water until it forms a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they sizzle, add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute, then stir in tomato puree, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the oil separates.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and add to the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken turns white and is partially cooked.
- 5. Lower the heat and add yogurt and fresh cream, stirring well to combine. Sprinkle garam masala and salt, and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is tender and the gravy thickens.
- 6. Divide the roti dough into small balls, roll them out into thin circles, and cook on a hot tawa with a light brushing of ghee until golden and cooked through.
- 7. Place a portion of the creamy chicken filling in the center of each roti, fold and roll tightly into wraps.
- 8. Serve warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves or a side of yogurt for added freshness.
