Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
- 3. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- 4. Add the minced chicken and stir well to combine. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- 5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan. Stir continuously until the eggs are scrambled and fully incorporated with the chicken mixture.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander over the mixture, stirring well to enhance the flavors. Cook for an additional minute and turn off the heat.
- 7. Toast the bread slices with butter until golden and crispy.
- 8. Spoon the chicken bhurji mixture onto the toasted bread slices and serve warm.
