Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Mix in the chopped tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  4. 4. Add the minced chicken and stir well to combine. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  5. 5. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan. Stir continuously until the eggs are scrambled and fully incorporated with the chicken mixture.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander over the mixture, stirring well to enhance the flavors. Cook for an additional minute and turn off the heat.
  7. 7. Toast the bread slices with butter until golden and crispy.
