  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan, sautéing until the onion turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer and garam masala, stirring to combine everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the mixture is heated through.
  6. 6. Adjust salt to taste, mix in the chopped coriander leaves, and remove from heat.
  7. 7. Warm the whole wheat wraps on a hot griddle or pan for 30 seconds on each side.
  8. 8. Place a generous portion of the aloo-paneer mixture onto each wrap, fold tightly, and serve warm.
  9. 9. Optionally, serve with plain yogurt or mint chutney as a side for added flavor.
