- - Malai Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan, sautéing until the onion turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften and release their juices, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Add the boiled and mashed potatoes to the pan, mixing well with the spice base. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer and garam masala, stirring to combine everything evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the mixture is heated through.
- 6. Adjust salt to taste, mix in the chopped coriander leaves, and remove from heat.
- 7. Warm the whole wheat wraps on a hot griddle or pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- 8. Place a generous portion of the aloo-paneer mixture onto each wrap, fold tightly, and serve warm.
