- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Melt 1/4 cup of coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds.
- 4. In a greased baking dish, arrange alternating layers of 2 1/2 cups of sliced pumpkin and 1 1/2 cups of sliced apples.
- 5. Drizzle each layer with the coconut oil and spiced sunflower seed mixture, ensuring even coverage.
