Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Mint Leaf
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 g Black Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp yogurt with turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Add the paneer cubes, diced bell pepper, and diced onion to the marinade, mixing well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and vegetables, and cook for 8-10 minutes until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are tender. Set aside.
  4. 4. To make the mint yogurt sauce, blend mint leaves, 2 tbsp yogurt, black salt, and a splash of water until smooth.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the wraps by spreading the mint yogurt sauce on each roti. Add the cooked paneer and vegetable mixture, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and roll tightly.
