Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- - Mint Leaf
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 g Black Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp yogurt with turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade.
- 2. Add the paneer cubes, diced bell pepper, and diced onion to the marinade, mixing well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated paneer and vegetables, and cook for 8-10 minutes until the paneer is golden and the vegetables are tender. Set aside.
- 4. To make the mint yogurt sauce, blend mint leaves, 2 tbsp yogurt, black salt, and a splash of water until smooth.
- 5. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- 6. Assemble the wraps by spreading the mint yogurt sauce on each roti. Add the cooked paneer and vegetable mixture, sprinkle with fresh cilantro, and roll tightly.
- 7. Serve the wraps warm and enjoy!
