Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or large pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the green chili and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture starts releasing oil, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and add the grated paneer. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated with spices.
  5. 5. Beat the eggs in a bowl with black pepper powder and pour them into the pan. Stir continuously and scramble the eggs with the paneer mixture until the eggs are cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another minute to let the flavors blend.
