Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown, then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, stir well, and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 4. Heat the remaining oil on a tawa or flat pan and warm the parathas until they are soft and slightly crisp on both sides.
- 5. Assemble the rolls by placing the cooked chicken mixture in the center of each paratha. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
- 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the chicken filling and serve hot.
