Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Lemon
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown, then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy.
  3. 3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, stir well, and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  4. 4. Heat the remaining oil on a tawa or flat pan and warm the parathas until they are soft and slightly crisp on both sides.
  5. 5. Assemble the rolls by placing the cooked chicken mixture in the center of each paratha. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice on top.
  6. 6. Roll the parathas tightly around the chicken filling and serve hot.
