- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 20 minutes.
- 2. While the paneer marinates, cook quinoa in a pot with 2 cups of water over medium heat until fluffy, about 15 minutes. Set aside.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the marinated paneer for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned and smoky. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, add the diced bell pepper and tomato. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
- 5. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked quinoa at the base. Top with sautéed veggies, tandoori paneer, and diced cucumber.
- 6. In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with chopped mint leaves and lemon juice. Drizzle this mint-yogurt sauce over the assembled bowl.
- 7. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped mint for freshness.
