  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • - Mint Leaf
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, tandoori masala, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. While the paneer marinates, cook quinoa in a pot with 2 cups of water over medium heat until fluffy, about 15 minutes. Set aside.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the marinated paneer for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly browned and smoky. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add the diced bell pepper and tomato. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened but still crunchy.
  5. 5. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked quinoa at the base. Top with sautéed veggies, tandoori paneer, and diced cucumber.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix plain yogurt with chopped mint leaves and lemon juice. Drizzle this mint-yogurt sauce over the assembled bowl.
  7. 7. Serve immediately, garnished with a sprinkle of chopped mint for freshness.
