Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the paneer into cubes and lightly sauté them in 1 tablespoon of oil until golden. Set aside.
  2. 2. Chop the bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil in a kadhai or deep pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  4. 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in tomatoes and cook until they soften and release oil. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
  6. 6. Add the chopped bell peppers and cook for 5-7 minutes until slightly tender yet crunchy.
  7. 7. Mix in the sautéed paneer cubes, kasuri methi, and salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  8. 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or paratha.
