Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Besan
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, salt, and water to form a smooth batter. Ensure the consistency is thick but pourable.
  2. 2. Add yogurt (optional), chopped coriander leaves, green chili, and mix well. Set the batter aside for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix grated paneer, chopped tomatoes, and bell peppers. Add a pinch of salt and coriander powder for seasoning.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it evenly into a thin circle.
