Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and add water gradually to knead into a soft, pliable dough. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, combine grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to prepare the filling.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball. Flatten one ball and roll it out into a small disc using a rolling pin.
- 4. Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of the disc, then bring the edges together to seal the filling inside. Flatten and gently roll it out again into a paratha, being careful not to tear the dough.
- 5. Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat. Place the paratha on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, brushing with ghee or oil, until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling. Serve the parathas hot with yogurt or pickle on the side.
