Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and add water gradually to knead into a soft, pliable dough. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, combine grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to prepare the filling.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball. Flatten one ball and roll it out into a small disc using a rolling pin.
  4. 4. Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of the disc, then bring the edges together to seal the filling inside. Flatten and gently roll it out again into a paratha, being careful not to tear the dough.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat. Place the paratha on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, brushing with ghee or oil, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling. Serve the parathas hot with yogurt or pickle on the side.
