- 200 g Paneer
- - Besan
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- - Olive Oil
- 1 box Baking Soda
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine grated paneer, besan, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and baking soda.
- 2. Add chopped tomatoes, green chili, and coriander leaves to the mixture, and stir well.
- 3. Gradually add yogurt to the mixture to form a smooth, batter-like consistency. Ensure there are no lumps.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and drizzle a small amount of olive oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a round pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to lift.
- 6. Flip the cheela carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding oil as needed, to make additional cheelas.
