Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the eggs in a pot for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled. Cool, peel, and set them aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves, letting them splutter for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes break down and the mixture becomes a thick paste, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the coconut milk and garam masala, mixing well. Let the curry simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Make small slits on the boiled eggs and add them to the curry. Gently coat them with the gravy and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice, roti, or toasted bread.
