Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- 100 g Lemon
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
- 2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sauté until the onion turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the spices to release their aroma.
- 5. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Lower the heat and pour in the whisked eggs. Gently stir the mixture continuously until the eggs are just set and creamy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 7. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the egg mixture and squeeze lime juice for a tangy finish.
- 8. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side. Place the egg mixture in the center of each flatbread and roll tightly to form wraps.
- 9. Serve the wraps immediately, optionally garnished with extra coriander leaves and a wedge of lime on the side.
