Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Cow Ghee
  • 100 g Lemon
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sauté until the onion turns golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for 1 minute, allowing the spices to release their aroma.
  5. 5. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened, about 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Lower the heat and pour in the whisked eggs. Gently stir the mixture continuously until the eggs are just set and creamy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  7. 7. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the egg mixture and squeeze lime juice for a tangy finish.
  8. 8. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side. Place the egg mixture in the center of each flatbread and roll tightly to form wraps.
  9. 9. Serve the wraps immediately, optionally garnished with extra coriander leaves and a wedge of lime on the side.
