  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100G Oleo
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • - Green Peas
  • - Besan
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas and green peas in a large mixing bowl until smooth but slightly textured.
  2. 2. Add chickpea flour, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, hing, lemon juice, and salt to the mashed mixture. Combine thoroughly into a dough-like consistency.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into flat, round tikkis, approximately 1 cm thick.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the tikkis in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden-brown and crispy.
