Ingredients
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly. Remove the shells, devein the prawns, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Add the prawns to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on a tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add curry leaves, green chilies, and finely chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Place the marinated prawns on the tawa in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the prawns turn golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
- 5. Once the prawns are cooked, sprinkle black pepper powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
