  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and clean the prawns thoroughly. Remove the shells, devein the prawns, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt. Add the prawns to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them rest for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on a tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Then add curry leaves, green chilies, and finely chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Place the marinated prawns on the tawa in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the prawns turn golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  5. 5. Once the prawns are cooked, sprinkle black pepper powder and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
