Ingredients
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 10 pcs Prawns
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Onion
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Clean and devein the prawns. Rinse well under running water and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
- 2. Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- 4. Add curry leaves, green chilies, and sliced onions to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
- 5. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- 6. Add crushed black pepper, garam masala, and adjust salt to taste. Toss well to coat the prawns evenly with the spices.
- 7. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes until the prawns are fully cooked and the spices are well absorbed.
- 8. Turn off the heat, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
