Ingredients

  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 500 g Onion
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and devein the prawns. Rinse well under running water and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Marinate the prawns with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  4. 4. Add curry leaves, green chilies, and sliced onions to the pan. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. 6. Add crushed black pepper, garam masala, and adjust salt to taste. Toss well to coat the prawns evenly with the spices.
  7. 7. Continue cooking for another 3 minutes until the prawns are fully cooked and the spices are well absorbed.
  8. 8. Turn off the heat, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves, and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
