- - Malai Paneer
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the green chili and sauté for another minute.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 4. Add the chopped bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
- 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the spices.
- 6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix again. Cook for another minute, then turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 7. Toast the whole-grain bread slices until golden and crisp. Place the paneer bhurji on top of each slice and serve hot.
