Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 50 g Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp yogurt. Knead into a soft dough using water as needed, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add bell pepper and tomato, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 3. Stir in turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and dried mango powder. Cook for 1 minute to bloom the spices.
- 4. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors. Finish with garam masala and fresh coriander leaves.
- 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into thin discs. Heat a skillet and cook each paratha for 1 minute on each side, brushing lightly with oil.
- 6. Place the prepared paneer filling in the center of each paratha and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- 7. Serve warm with a side of yogurt or chutney.
