Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Quinoa
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Add the green chilies and bell pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate, about 5-6 minutes.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated with the spices.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt over the mixture. Stir and cook for another minute to blend the flavors.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve warm over a bed of cooked quinoa or brown rice for a protein-packed breakfast bowl.
