Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Add the green chilies and bell pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil starts to separate, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated with the spices.
  5. 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt over the mixture. Stir and cook for another minute to blend the flavors.
