Ingredients
- 200 g Delichic Pork Sausage (Pigs In Blanket)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, and 2 cups of sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- 2. Remove the casing from the pork sausages and crumble them into the skillet. Season with 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1 tsp of garlic powder. Cook until the sausage is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- 3. Stir in 2 jars (24 oz each) of spaghetti sauce. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine flavors.
- 4. While the sauce simmers, cut 1 lb of mozzarella cheese into small cubes. Gradually add the cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and fully incorporated.
- 5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
