Ingredients

  • 200 g Delichic Pork Sausage (Pigs In Blanket)
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 200 g Mooz Pizza Mozzarella Cheese Block
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Dg1 Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion, 1 diced green pepper, and 2 cups of sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  2. 2. Remove the casing from the pork sausages and crumble them into the skillet. Season with 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1 tsp of garlic powder. Cook until the sausage is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. 3. Stir in 2 jars (24 oz each) of spaghetti sauce. Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to combine flavors.
  4. 4. While the sauce simmers, cut 1 lb of mozzarella cheese into small cubes. Gradually add the cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and fully incorporated.
  5. 5. Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot over cooked spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
