Ingredients
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- - Dry Rose Petals
- 0.25 g Saffron
- 100 g Apricot Tukda
- 100g Good Life Yellow Kishmish 100 G
- - Coconut Oil
- 500 g Suji
- 500 g Sugar
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the pan and gradually add milk to the pan while stirring corn flour mixture and sugar with it.
- 2. Take the milk of the heat. Add rose syrup to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
- 3. In another bowl, take some fresh malai, whip in condensed milk, rose essence and pink food colour (optional), ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout.
- 4. Take some bread slices, cut out the edges and store them in case of breadcrumbs usage.
- 5. Place the bread in a tray, add in the rose milk over and continue until 2 layers as such. Finally add in the malai on top with rose petal and chopped pistachios. Serve warm or chilled as desired and enjoy the comforting floral sweetness of this dessert.
