- 500 g Suji
- 800 g - 1000 g Pineapple
- - Toned Milk
- 100 g Almonds
- 100 G Cashews / Kaju 100 G
- 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
- 100 g Raisins
- 500 g Sugar
- Loose Cardamom
- 500 ml Water
- Pcs Saffron
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple and cut it into small cubes. Keep aside for later use.
- 2. Heat 200 ml of ghee in a pan on medium flame.
- 3. Add 1 kg of roasted rava to the pan and stir continuously for 6-8 minutes until it turns light golden brown and emits a nutty aroma.
- 4. Pour 1 liter of milk into the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps in the mixture.
- 5. Add the pineapple cubes to the mixture and cook for about 4-5 minutes until they soften.
- 6. Mix in 500 g of sugar and continue to stir until the sugar melts completely.
- 7. Add a pinch of cardamom powder for fragrance and flavor, stirring well.
- 8. In a small separate pan, heat a little more ghee, then add raisins, almonds, and cashews, roasting them for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Add the roasted nuts and raisins to the sheera, mixing them in thoroughly.
- 10. Turn off the heat and allow the Pineapple Sheera to cool slightly before serving.
