Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, and whisk until well combined.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a tawa over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture. Cook until the eggs are set, then scramble lightly and remove from the heat.
  3. 3. In the same tawa, add the remaining oil and sauté the sliced onions, green chili, and tomatoes until softened. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, and garam masala, stirring well to combine.
  4. 4. Add the cooked scrambled eggs back into the tawa with the sautéed vegetables. Mix gently to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Warm the whole wheat parathas on the tawa and place a portion of the egg mixture in the center of each paratha.
  6. 6. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped coriander leaves, then roll the parathas tightly to form wraps.
