Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 ml Ghee
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs in a pot for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled, then peel and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a kadhai over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- 4. Mix in chopped tomatoes, cook until softened, and add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add diced green bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes, ensuring they retain a slight crunch.
- 6. Slice the boiled eggs in halves and gently place them into the kadhai. Sprinkle garam masala and black pepper powder, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. For the tawa rotis, knead the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water into a soft dough. Divide into small balls and roll into thin circles.
- 8. Heat a tawa, brush it lightly with ghee, and cook each roti for 1-2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
