Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk well until fluffy.
- 2. Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, then mix in the green chili and tomato. Cook until the tomato softens.
- 4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Cook the spices for 1 minute.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the whisked eggs. Stir gently and continuously to scramble, cooking until the eggs are soft and fluffy.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a hot skillet until pliable.
- 7. Spoon the prepared egg bhurji onto each roti, sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves, and roll into wraps.
