Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Ghee
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt and water to form a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and sauté until aromatic. Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in green chilies, tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and black pepper powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the masala thickens.
- 4. Crack the eggs directly into the pan, gently stirring to combine them with the masala. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the eggs are set and coated in the masala. Add salt to taste.
- 5. Roll out the rested dough into thin discs and cook on a hot tawa (griddle) for 1-2 minutes on each side, brushing with ghee to achieve golden, flaky parathas.
- 6. Garnish the egg masala with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot alongside the freshly prepared tawa parathas.
