Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken strips for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  3. 3. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the onion slices until translucent and set aside.
  4. 4. Warm the chapatis on a skillet until soft and pliable, then spread a layer of shredded lettuce on each.
  5. 5. Assemble the wrap by adding cooked chicken, sautéed onions, chopped tomatoes, and a sprinkle of fresh coriander on top of the lettuce layer.
  6. 6. Drizzle lemon juice over the filling and roll the chapati tightly to form the wrap.
