Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 g Dahi
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, and salt for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken strips for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
- 3. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the onion slices until translucent and set aside.
- 4. Warm the chapatis on a skillet until soft and pliable, then spread a layer of shredded lettuce on each.
- 5. Assemble the wrap by adding cooked chicken, sautéed onions, chopped tomatoes, and a sprinkle of fresh coriander on top of the lettuce layer.
- 6. Drizzle lemon juice over the filling and roll the chapati tightly to form the wrap.
- 7. Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with a side of mint chutney or yogurt dip, if desired.
