Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 100G Oleo
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Mix in the minced chicken, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is aromatic.
  5. 5. Add the freshly ground black peppercorns and garam masala, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
