- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100G Oleo
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Mix in the minced chicken, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is aromatic.
- 5. Add the freshly ground black peppercorns and garam masala, stirring well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves over the chicken keema mixture.
- 7. Toast the bread slices until crisp and golden. Serve the chicken keema on top of the toast slices, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
