Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to the pan, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften and release oil, about 7 minutes.
- 4. Add the minced chicken to the pan, cooking and stirring occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked, about 10 minutes.
- 5. Mix in black pepper powder, garam masala, and cumin powder, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 6. Garnish the chicken keema with fresh coriander leaves and stir well before removing from heat.
- 7. Slice the rolls open and lightly toast them in a pan or oven, if desired.
- 8. Stuff the warm rolls generously with the prepared chicken keema and serve hot.
