Ingredients

  • 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 250 g Pineapple Chunks (Ananas)
  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
  • 170 g The Gourmet Jar Wholegrain Mustard Paste
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1/8 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well to form a smooth glaze.
  2. 2. Cut the fresh pineapple into small cubes and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pineapple cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly caramelized.
  4. 4. Add the prepared glaze to the pan with the pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens slightly.
  5. 5. Add 500 grams of paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them evenly with the glaze. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer is warmed through.
  6. 6. Serve the paneer with pineapple glaze hot, accompanied by steamed rice or flatbreads.
