Ingredients
- 200 g Id Soft And Creamy Paneer
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 250 g Pineapple Chunks (Ananas)
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 170 g The Gourmet Jar Wholegrain Mustard Paste
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1/8 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well to form a smooth glaze.
- 2. Cut the fresh pineapple into small cubes and set aside.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pineapple cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- 4. Add the prepared glaze to the pan with the pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 5. Add 500 grams of paneer cubes to the pan and gently toss to coat them evenly with the glaze. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer is warmed through.
- 6. Serve the paneer with pineapple glaze hot, accompanied by steamed rice or flatbreads.
