- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the tofu into evenly sized cubes and gently pat them dry to remove excess moisture.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the non- yogurt, chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, hing, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- 3. Add the tofu cubes, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Toss gently to coat all pieces evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
- 4. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat. Lightly oil the grates or pan to prevent sticking.
- 5. Skewer the marinated tofu and vegetables alternately onto wooden or metal skewers.
- 6. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, for about 8-10 minutes, or until the tofu is slightly charred and vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
