Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Ghee
- 200 g Dahi
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, prepare the dough by combining whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and water, kneading until soft and pliable. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. To prepare the paneer filling, mix grated paneer, onion, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro and mix well.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a ball. Flatten one ball, place a spoonful of paneer filling in the center, and seal the edges. Roll it gently into a round paratha.
- 4. Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat. Cook the paratha with ghee until golden and crispy on both sides. Repeat for remaining dough and filling.
- 5. For the mint yogurt, whisk plain yogurt with dried mint powder, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- 6. In a bowl, mix chopped tomato with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and the remaining cilantro to make the fresh tomato salad.
- 7. Serve the paneer-stuffed parathas hot with mint yogurt and tomato salad on the side.
