Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Idly/Dosa Batter
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Fresh Cream
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Cook until onions turn golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates from the masala, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cubed paneer and mix gently to coat it with the masala. Stir in the sugar, salt, and fresh cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, then garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Set the paneer makhani aside.
  5. 5. Heat a non-stick tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Pour a ladle of dosa batter onto the tawa and spread it in a thin circular motion to make a dosa. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges.
  6. 6. Cook the dosa on one side until crispy and golden, about 2-3 minutes. Place a portion of the prepared paneer makhani filling in the center of the dosa.
  7. 7. Fold the dosa over the filling to form a semi-circle or roll it gently. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling to make more dosas.
  8. 8. Serve the Paneer Makhani Masala Dosa hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
