- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Cashew Regular
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Fresh Cream
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 100 g Ajwain
- - Dairy Milk
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. To prepare the tawa paratha, mix whole wheat flour, carom seeds, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Gradually add milk and knead into a soft dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook the mixture until the oil separates from the masala.
- 4. Add the blended cashew paste and yogurt to the pan, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them in the gravy. Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6. Stir in fresh cream, garam masala, and salt. Adjust seasoning as needed and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- 7. Divide the paratha dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle and cook on a hot tawa. Smear ghee or butter on both sides and cook until golden brown and flaky.
- 8. Serve the Paneer Dum Masala hot with freshly made tawa parathas for a satisfying breakfast.
