  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Cashew Regular
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 100 g Ajwain
  • - Dairy Milk
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. To prepare the tawa paratha, mix whole wheat flour, carom seeds, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Gradually add milk and knead into a soft dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook the mixture until the oil separates from the masala.
  4. 4. Add the blended cashew paste and yogurt to the pan, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the gravy thickens.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently to coat them in the gravy. Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in fresh cream, garam masala, and salt. Adjust seasoning as needed and cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. 7. Divide the paratha dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle and cook on a hot tawa. Smear ghee or butter on both sides and cook until golden brown and flaky.
