Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add hing and green chilies, stirring for a few seconds to release their aroma.
  2. 2. Pour in the tomato puree and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates from the mixture.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and sugar to the cooked tomato base. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Gently add the paneer cubes to the gravy, ensuring they are well-coated. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to seep into the paneer.
  5. 5. Stir in the fresh cream and kasuri methi, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to achieve a creamy texture and rich flavor.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
