- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Paneer
- - Fresh Cream
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add hing and green chilies, stirring for a few seconds to release their aroma.
- 2. Pour in the tomato puree and cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the oil separates from the mixture.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and sugar to the cooked tomato base. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Gently add the paneer cubes to the gravy, ensuring they are well-coated. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat, allowing the flavors to seep into the paneer.
- 5. Stir in the fresh cream and kasuri methi, cooking for an additional 2 minutes to achieve a creamy texture and rich flavor.
- 6. Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
