Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 20 seconds, then add hing (asafoetida).
- 2. Add the finely chopped tomato to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
- 3. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir well to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender but still slightly crisp.
- 4. Add the cubed paneer to the pan and gently toss with the broccoli and spices. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
- 6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve warm as a satisfying dish for 2-4 people.
