Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 20 seconds, then add hing (asafoetida).
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped tomato to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder.
  3. 3. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir well to coat them with the spice mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the broccoli is tender but still slightly crisp.
  4. 4. Add the cubed paneer to the pan and gently toss with the broccoli and spices. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the paneer is heated through.
  5. 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
  6. 6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve warm as a satisfying dish for 2-4 people.
