- 500g to 700g Turkey
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 500 g Black Beans
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder

- 453 ml Jalapeno Pepper - Sliced
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 450 G Sarwar Corn Kernels Indian
- - Chili Chipotle Seasoning - 50g
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep pan over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked.
- 2. Add the diced green and red bell peppers, jalapenos to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the peppers start to soften.
- 3. Stir in the ground cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices and enhance their flavors.
- 4. Add the cooked black beans, sweet corn, and vegetable stock to the pot. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
