Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 100G Oleo
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to prepare the marinade.
- 2. Add the paneer strips to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer strips for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly charred.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat wraps on a hot tawa or skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
- 5. Assemble the wraps by spreading a spoonful of mint yogurt sauce on each wrap, layering with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, and the cooked tandoori paneer.
- 6. Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander on top, fold the wraps tightly, and cut them in half for easy serving.
- 7. Serve the wraps immediately with additional mint yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
