Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 100G Oleo
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine plain yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to prepare the marinade.
  2. 2. Add the paneer strips to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let them marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the marinated paneer strips for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and slightly charred.
  4. 4. Warm the whole wheat wraps on a hot tawa or skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.
  5. 5. Assemble the wraps by spreading a spoonful of mint yogurt sauce on each wrap, layering with shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, julienned carrots, and the cooked tandoori paneer.
  6. 6. Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander on top, fold the wraps tightly, and cut them in half for easy serving.
