Mutton Seekh Kebab is a classic North Indian delicacy made with minced mutton, aromatic spices, and fresh herbs. Skewered and grilled to perfection, these juicy kebabs are bursting with flavor and ideal as a snack or appetizer for family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 g Mutton
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Besan
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Chat Masala
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced mutton, finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves.
- 2. Add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mixture. Knead thoroughly to ensure even distribution of spices.
- 3. Mix in gram flour (besan) and a small amount of lemon juice to bind the mixture. If the mixture feels too wet, add a little more gram flour.
- 4. Shape the mixture around metal or wooden skewers into long, cylindrical kebabs. Ensure the kebabs are compact to prevent them from falling apart.
- 5. Preheat a grill or tandoor to medium-high heat. Grease the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking. Brush with oil or butter to keep the kebabs moist.
- 7. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the skewers and serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges.
