Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 g Mutton
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine minced mutton, ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and fresh coriander leaves. Mix thoroughly to create a uniform mixture.
  2. 2. Add a beaten egg and breadcrumbs to the mutton mixture. Knead well until the mixture binds together and becomes smooth and pliable. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, finely chop the red, green, and yellow bell peppers along with the onions. Keep them aside to prepare the gilafi coating.
  4. 4. Divide the mutton mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into cylindrical kebabs and gently press the chopped bell peppers and onions onto the surface of each kebab, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Preheat a grill pan or tandoor. Brush the kebabs lightly with oil and grill them on medium heat. Turn occasionally for even cooking and until the kebabs are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve the Mutton Gilafi Kebabs hot with mint chutney, onion rings, and lemon wedges for a complete snack-time experience.
