- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 200 g Dahi
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them crackle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the ginger and garlic paste, then cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and tandoori masala. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well blended.
- 5. Toss in the green bell pepper and sauté for another 2-3 minutes to retain a slight crunch.
- 6. Add the crumbled paneer and mix well, ensuring it absorbs the spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 7. Lower the heat, stir in the yogurt, and cook for 2 minutes while mixing gently to create a creamy texture.
- 8. Season with salt to taste, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and squeeze lemon juice on top before serving.
