  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and add the pureed tomatoes. Cook until the mixture thickens and the oil starts to separate, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the spices are fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the diced green and red bell peppers. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, keeping the peppers slightly crunchy.
  6. 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are well-coated with the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. 7. Lower the heat and mix in the yogurt, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and give it a final stir. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
