- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions
- 1. Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Then, sauté the finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and the oil starts to separate.
- 3. Mix in the cashew paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 4. Lower the heat and add the whisked yogurt gradually, stirring continuously to prevent curdling. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the gravy is smooth and creamy.
- 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes and coat them evenly with the gravy. Sprinkle kasuri methi over the dish and mix lightly.
- 6. Cover the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer on low heat for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- 7. Finish by stirring in the fresh cream and garam masala. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- 8. Serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice for a complete and satisfying meal.
