Ingredients

  • - Malai Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomato and green chili. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tomatoes soften and break down.
  4. 4. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Stir well to coat the mixture in the spices.
  5. 5. Add the finely chopped green bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, leaving it slightly crunchy for texture.
  6. 6. Crumble the paneer into the mixture and stir thoroughly to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
  7. 7. Sprinkle salt and mix well. Turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  8. 8. Serve hot with toasted bread or pav buns on the side for a complete breakfast experience.
