Ingredients
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- - Green Peas
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Cornflour
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the filling by combining cabbage, bell peppers, green peas, spinach, coriander leaves, soy sauce, hing, black pepper powder, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- 2. In a separate bowl, make a dough by mixing flour and a pinch of salt, then slowly adding water until it forms a smooth and elastic consistency. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each into thin circles about 3 inches in diameter.
- 4. Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each circle. Fold and pleat the edges to seal the dumplings securely.
- 5. Heat a steamer and lightly grease the tray with sesame oil. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer without overcrowding.
- 6. Steam the dumplings for 10-12 minutes until the wrappers turn translucent and slightly glossy.
- 7. Serve the dim sum hot with a light soy dipping sauce on the side for added flavor.
