- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Cucumber
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 200 g Black Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Chat Masala
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mixed sprouts thoroughly and steam them for 5-7 minutes until they are tender yet firm. Allow them to cool to room temperature.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed sprouts, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, and chopped green chili.
- 3. Add the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, black salt, and regular salt to the bowl. Toss everything gently to ensure even mixing.
