Ingredients
- 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
- 500 g Onion
- 50 g Honey
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 1 kg Beef Boneless
- 100 g Ginger
- - Garlic Paste
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the shiro miso paste, soy sauce, and a tablespoon of Champion Oil. Add the boneless beef slices to the mixture and marinate for at least 15 minutes. While the beef marinates, prepare the other ingredients: finely chop the onion, measure out the red chili powder, and set aside the garlic paste, ginger garlic paste, honey, and white sesame seeds.
- 3. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of Champion Oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add the garlic paste, ginger garlic paste, and red chili powder to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 5. Add the marinated beef to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
- 6. Pour a small amount of water or beef broth into the pan to create a sauce. Stir in the honey and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 7. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss to coat them evenly in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to warm the noodles through.
- 8. Serve the miso udon noodles with chili beef hot, garnished with white sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
